Entrepreneur Week was held in Athens, Greece 23–26 February, 2012. Russia was represented by five delegates, members of the Business Club of the League: Kseniia Khoruzhnikova (Chair of the International Youth Diplomacy League, Chair of the Organizing Committee of the International Youth Summit «G20 Youth Summit» Director of the «Consulting» House company), Vadim Belikov (CEO of «Reconstruction, Investment, Development»), Aleksander Mukhin (Manager of the «Clouds» restaurant and Bed Café), Aleksander Chesnokov (Chairman of the Union of young Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan, director of «Interbridge Company», co-owner of the «ABC of colour» advertising company), Dilbar Sadykova (CEO of the International Youth Diplomacy League).

Entrepreneur Week is a global community aimed at uniting and sending the necessary knowledge, tools and skills to create jobs, develops ideas, strengthen the economy and get access to capitals to young business owners.

The main theme of the event in 2012 is creating of a strong and sustainable ecosystem of business, ways out of the crisis for Greece.

The event was attended by young entrepreneurs from Australia, Belgium, USA, UK, Greece, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Portugal, Serbia, Spain. More than 10 experienced American businessman (whose income together amounts to ½ billion U.S. dollars) took part in the event as speakers:

  • entrepreneurs of Silicon Valley and New York / Wall Street Venture Capital Funds,
  • entrepreneurs whose business income amounts to 250 million U.S. and a part of the largest asset management companies in the world (31 billion U.S. dollars in management),
  • partners of the Venture Fund, New York, specializing in investments in information technology (850 million U.S. dollars),
  • Chilean entrepreneur, managing 10 well-known top-level restaurants in New York,
  • Editor in Chief of Inc. and a permanent employee of Forbes, — one of the most well-known business publications in the U.S.,
  • well-known American author who has published interviews with many leading billionaires, U.S. entrepreneurs in his book (including the owners and co-owners of Facebook and PayPal),
  • one of the managers at the World Bank, which is responsible for monitoring more than 500 million U.S. dollars in investments of the World Bank.

Under the Entrepreneur Week participants were able to engage the necessary business contacts with partners from around the world, learn new methods of business organization and discussed ways out of crisis for Greece.
