Dilbar Sadykova

Dilbar Sadykova was born in 1989 in Kazan. Graduating with honors from Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University (2011) with a degree in international relations, she prolonged her scientific researches during the post-graduate course.

Dilbar is a frequent participant of international events, all-Russian and regional scientific conferences, among them International Congress of Asian and North African Studies-ICANAS, "Globalization and National identity. Languages Forum", II International Scientific Congress "Globalistics-2011").

To seal her researches, she published more than 15 scientific articles and 2 monographs. Her first book "Youth organizations in Japan" was presented to the public during the Special Meeting of the Committee on Physical Culture, Sport and Youth Affairs of the IV Russian State Duma (2007), at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tokyo and during the Conference for the Leaders of the Regional Russian Centers at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Japan. Her second book "Youth organizations in South Korea" was published in 2008, in the framework of the project "Democracy institutions in the world countries", brought to life owing to the Grant of the Russian President.

Since 2008 Dilbar has been actively supporting "Kazan 2013" volunteering program. She won and completed volunteering internships at the XXV World Summer Universiade 2009 in Belgrade (Serbia) and the I Youth Olympic Games 2010 in Singapore. Since 2010 Dilbar has been working as a leading specialist of the Executive Committee of the XXVII World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan.

Dilbar has many times performed presentations of Tatarstan projects at significant international platforms such as Conference of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tokyo, UN mission International Conference in Geneve (Switzerland), European Council Seminar in France, Rossotrudnichestvo’s Mission in Morocco and etc.

In 2010, Dilbar won and completed language scholarship of the French Embassy in Russia at the CIEL in France.

Dilbar Sadykova is a fellow of the Russian Federation Government and Russian Oxford Fund. She is awarded by the Personal Letters of Gratitude of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mayor of Kazan, FISU President (George E.Killian) and IOC President (Jacques Rogge).

Dilbar Sadykova is in charge of the "Youth Diplomats" group at the "Euroyouth-Kazan" club, Deputy Chair of the Association of Fellowship holders of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. She is fond of prose, author of more than 20 fiction stories.

In 2011, Dilbar celebrated her win at the National Contest entering G-8Y Summit and G20Y Summit in Paris (France) as a Sherpa of the Youth Delegation of the Russian Federation.

Marina Yashina

Chair of the Department for Corporate Cooperation of the National Contest to Youth Delegation of the Russian Federation for G8 & G20 Youth Summits 2012

Marina Yashina was born in 1985 in Yaroslavl. She graduated from Saratov State Social-Economy University with a degree in world economy. Cherishing her interest in foreign languages, she completed her second higher education course, receiving a diploma of translator in the sphere of professional communications.

In 2010, she completed her full-time post-graduate course, and is now working as Associate Professor at the Management Department of Saratov State Social-Economy University. In 2007 – 2009 Marina worked as a manager and later a director of the private company "Deffa", located in Saratov, having foreign assets in its founds.

Marina Yashina is many-times laureate of international, all-Russian and regional scientific conferences, projects, vocal contests and festivals.

Marina Yashina won National Contest entering the Youth Delegation of the Russian Federation for G8 and G20 Summit 2011 in Paris as a Youth Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Guzel Mullagalieva

Guzel Mullagalieva was born in Kazan in 1990. She is a student of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Department of International Relations. Guzel is a frequent participant of university conferences in the field of international relations. Since 2008 she has been supporting volunteering activity.

Guzel started equestrian sport at the age of 10 and has been doing it until now. Guzel is many-time participant and prize-winner of republican, regional and Russian competitions. Every year she travels to Germany to take training camps under the best German coaches, combining sport activity and language practice. Guzel is a regular participant of training and qualification upgrading courses in Netherlands and USA.

In 2011, she completed TOEFL training courses in New York (USA) at Saint John University.

Speaks English and German.

Vasily Nikulenkov

Vasily Nikulenkov

Vasily Nikulenkov was born in 1986 in Achinsk (Krasnoyarskiy Krai). In 2008, Vasily graduated with honors from Siberian Federal University with a degree in advertising and PR to obtain post-graduate course in Russian history. He has received a diploma of translator in the sphere of advertising and PR.

Since 2000 Vasily has published more than 300 analytical articles in Russian media, won II prize at the Best Publication Award of the "Youth for innovations" contest in Novosibirsk. Vasily took part in International seminar on quality problems in education in Vienne (Austria) in 2007.

Since 2008 he has been at the post of the Vice President of Siberian Students Union, issuing independent youth social-political newspaper "Novy Chelovek" (ref. – New Man). In 2009, he took the Chairman position of the Youth Media Union of the Siberian Federal District. Vasily is Deputy Rector of Siberian Institute of Business, Management and Psychology (Krasnoyarsk) on Youth Policy and Media Relations. Author and coordinator of a number of interregional projects, among them "Business idea 2009: methods and prospects of collaboration of small-scale business with the youth"; "Chronicles of legendary journalists"; "Protection of the civil rights"; "Street for a new man". He won the I prize at the International Political Science Forum Foros-Siberia (2006), laureate of the Krasnoyarsk Mayor P.I.Pimashkov for high achievements in science (2008), "Siberia Heritage" award holder (2010).

He is author of a number of monographs: "Advertising and PR in history of political plays", "History of mass media of the Krasnodarsky Krai 1987 – 2005. Cooperation and manipulation". Vasily is fond of poetry and prose, design and photo. He has published more than 20 poems and stories in Russian digests and newspapers, issuing supplementary to the "Novy chelovek" newspaper (ref. – "New man"), called "Tvorchesky podhod" (ref. – "Creative approach").

In 2011, Vasily Nikulenkov won the National Contest entering the Youth G8 and G20 Summit in Paris (France) as the Youth Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. 

Engel Sayfutdinov

Engel Sayfutdinov

Engel Sayfutdinov was born in 1990 in Kazan. Master of sports candidate in Graeco-Roman wrestling.

Engel is a student of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Institute of Oriental Studies and International Relations. Since 2009 has been residing over the Student club of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

Since 2009 has been supporting "Kazan 2013" volunteering program. He won and completed volunteering internships at the XXV World Summer Universiade 2009 in Belgrade (Serbia) and the I Youth Olympic Games 2010 in Singapore.

He has managed to maintain balance between his active social life and study. Engel has completed language practice at the best Turkish Universities, i.e. at Ataturk University in Erzurum and TOMER program at Istanbul University.

In 2011, he completed his language courses in New York (USA) at the Saint John University.

Speaks English and Turkish.
