On May 18 in St. Petersburg there was the first event of the XI International Festival of Arts «MASTER CLASS». The action, in which at the same time about 250 children from orphanages, schools of art and general consulates of various countries in St. Petersburg drew the images of angels in St. Isaac’s Cathedral, the Smolny Cathedral and the Church of Christ Revival was called the «Children under the Isaac sky."
On April 2, 2008 International Youth Diplomacy League held a presentation of the results of G8 Youth Summit in the «Lenenergo» company.
On June, the opening of the XVI International Festival of Arts «MASTER CLASS» was held in the Russian Ethnographic Museum. The leitmotif and the main theme of this year is the image of Madonna, mother and child and the charity ball held in the beautiful Marble Hall of the Museum held on the occasion of the opening was dedicated to the International Children’s Day.
On March 24, 2008 the League presented the results of G8 Youth Summit in the Mirax Group Comany (Moscow, Federation Tower).
Over the bay of Yokohama freedom of the world extended, and the lights of skyscrapers being reflected in the water, made us happy… and it was impossible to find a better place to meet young, talented and motivated people from different countries and continents, ready to work together to develop the idea of better future.
25-26 November 2007 at the initiative of the International Youth Diplomacy League a working meeting of the Young Leaders Summit of the EU — Russia (St. Petersburg, April 2007) was held in Moscow.
November 20, 2007 the International Youth Diplomacy League took part in round table «The role of socially responsible business in the formation of the new generation of young people».
21-28 October Third Annual International Forum "United Nations Model 2007" took place in St. Petersburg. It was organized by the International Youth Diplomacy League and actively supported by the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Government of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg regional branch of "Business Russia", Russian Association of the United Nations.
