Meeting with the Sherpa of the Russian Federation in the G20, S. Voskresensky
On May 5, 2012 on the eve of the Y20 Delegates Summit 2012 in Puebla, Mexico there was a meeting of the Youth Russian delegation with the Sherpa of the Russian Federation in the G20 the Deputy Minister of Economy, S. Voskresensky.
The youth delegation included: Konstantin Panin - MGIMO University; Olga Peshekhonova — St. Petersburg State University; Maksim Usynin — St. Petersburg State University; Roman Chukov — St. Petersburg State University, Alena Minaeva — MGIMO University, Marina Yashina — Saratov State Social Economic University; Dilbar Sadykova — Kazan (Volga) Federal University.
During the meeting, the delegates talked about the online discussions of the Y20 agenda. Sherpa of the Russian Federation, S. Voskresensky gave valuable advice on the process of negotiation and highlighted Russia's position on key issues identified for young people to discuss: «The Future of G20», «Global governance», «Sustainable Development and Green Growth», «Food Security», «Youth Unemployment» «International Trade», «Economic Stability».
